Yoga For Kids @ John Muir Branch

Register early for this specially designed kid’s yoga class (for ages 7-12) led by Neda Marin and hosted by the Windsor Public Library’s John Muir Branch.
Neda Marin is an Ontario Certified Teacher and Registered Yoga Instructor with years of experience teaching yoga to adults and kids. This class focuses on moving through the colours of the rainbow-chakras, while developing self-regulation, mindfulness, and body awareness.
