Art Walk: Look Again! Outside: Sandwich Towne

Join us and Art Windsor-Essex this Saturday August 19, at 11am for a guided art walk through Sandwich, celebrating the launch of ‘Look Again Outside.’ This initiative is made possible with support from the Gordie Howe International Bridge Community Benefits Plan.
Look Again! Outside extends Art Windsor-Essex beyond gallery walls, sparking conversations about the neighborhood’s history, present, and future as seen through the eyes of its residents. Guided by co-curator Reginald S. Tolson; works by Frederick Verner, Kenneth Saltmarche, Fritz Brandtner, Daphne Odjig, and Eleanor Bond encourage us to collectively envision our shared future.
Reginald S. Tolson, a resident of Sandwich Towne and a third-year Business Administration student at the University of the People, is a driving force behind this project. With a passion for innovative urban planning solutions that promote sustainable work/life balance, Tolson engages in casual research, yarn crafting, gardening, and digital world-building when not studying.
Meet us all at 11am at the old post office at Sandwich and Mill!

Look Again! Outside brings Art Windsor-Essex outside the gallery walls, expanding from AWE’s installation of reproductions in downtown Windsor and Amherstburg, learn more by visiting the Art Windsor Essex website.
